Sirloin Steak Recipe

Heaven’s Hollow Farm Mediterranean Steak Kabobs

Served with whole wheat flat bread and a creamy dill yogurt sauce





1.5 lbs of sirloin steak

2 sweet bell peppers (any color)

1 onion

Cherry tomatoes

(feel free to add your own favorite ingredients)


Dill Yogurt Sauce

½ c. plain greek yogurt

½ c. sour cream

¼ c. finely chopped cucumber

½ tsp. Dill

½ tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. lemon juice

Salt & Pepper to taste


Greek Style Marinade

½ c. olive oil

2 T. lemon juice

½ tsp. thyme

2 tsp. oregano

½ tsp. garlic powder

½ tsp. Pepper



Whisk together all of the marinade ingredients, and pour into a Ziploc bag. Place cubed meat in the bag, and toss to coat. Let sit overnight.

For the Sauce: mix all ingredients in a bowl, and place in the fridge for a few hours so the flavor has time to come together.

Assemble the kabobs, and grill for 8-12 minutes.

Warm flatbread on the grill, place kabob veggies and steak on top, and spread a layer of yogurt sauce to complete the dish!
